About True North

We began as a gallery focused on the far north, and slowly expanded our collection to include art, gifts, and home goods inspired by the north, nature, and native traditions.

Our native collection includes art from Inuit, Yup’ik, Northwest Coast, Sámi, Zuni, and Navajo artists.

In addition to native work from the Circumpolar North and American Southwest, we represent the work of Sandy Clift, Catherine Hyde, Tallmadge Doyle, Seth Fitts, Richard Metzger, Jackie Morris, Diana Sudyka, Michael Tatom, Sylvia Taylor, Michael Updike, Sarah Seabury Ward, and others.

Our gifts and home goods collection includes Camlen furniture from Quebec, Thymes candles, Ditz polar bears, Laura Megroz pillows and Rugs, Pendleton blankets, Tim Christensen Kirby porcelain, and vintage and antique snowshoes, sleighbells, sleds, and more.

Our jewelry collection includes Sámi reindeer leather bracelets, Zealandia fossilized ivory and sterling silver jewelry, and other artisan lines.
